Ingredients
| Ground lamb | 1/4 Pound | |
| Green onions | 3 , finely chopped | |
| Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Sauce:) | |
| Mushrooms | 1/3 Pound, finely chopped (Mushroom Sauce:) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon (Mushroom Sauce:) | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Sauce:) | |
| Dry sherry | 1 Tablespoon (Mushroom Sauce:) |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients for lamb meatballs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
With wet hands shape mixture into walnut-size balls and place on a serving plate.
To make Mushroom Sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan, add mushrooms and saute over low heat 5 minutes.
Stir in flour then slowly add milk.
Simmer for 5 minutes longer; add sherry.
Serve warm.
