Ingredients

 Ground lamb1/4 Pound
 Green onions3 , finely chopped
 Bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Sauce:)
 Mushrooms1/3 Pound, finely chopped (Mushroom Sauce:)
 Flour2 Tablespoon (Mushroom Sauce:)
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Mushroom Sauce:)
 Dry sherry1 Tablespoon (Mushroom Sauce:)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients for lamb meatballs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
With wet hands shape mixture into walnut-size balls and place on a serving plate.
To make Mushroom Sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan, add mushrooms and saute over low heat 5 minutes.
Stir in flour then slowly add milk.
Simmer for 5 minutes longer; add sherry.
Serve warm.
