Lamb Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground lamb | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons bacon drippings, butter or margarine, melted | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine and mix all ingredients.
Pack into well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan preferably aluminum foil; smooth off top.
Center loaf pan on cooking grill; cover kettle and bake 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until done.
Let cool in pan 5 to 10 minutes before draining off juices and removing from pan.
