Lamb Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 shoulder of lamb, boned and cut in pieces | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon, made | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 8 oz chipolata sausages | ||
| Button mushrooms | 8 Ounce | |
| Potatoes | 10 Ounce, drained | |
| Tomatoes | 4 , quartered | |
| Butter | 1 Ounce, melted | |
| Long skewers | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper.
Mix sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup and mustard together.
Add water and mix well.
Marinate the meat in this mixture for 30 min turning frequently.
Twist sausages in middle and separate.
Thread all ingredients onto skewers and brush with butter.
Grill for 15 min, turning frequently.
Mix sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup and mustard together.
Add water and mix well.
