Ingredients

 1/2 shoulder of lamb, boned and cut in pieces
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 Tomato ketchup1 Tablespoon
 Mustard1 Teaspoon, made
 Water3 Tablespoon
 8 oz chipolata sausages
 Button mushrooms8 Ounce
 Potatoes10 Ounce, drained
 Tomatoes4 , quartered
 Butter1 Ounce, melted
 Long skewers
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper.
Mix sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup and mustard together.
Add water and mix well.
Marinate the meat in this mixture for 30 min turning frequently.
Twist sausages in middle and separate.
Thread all ingredients onto skewers and brush with butter.
Grill for 15 min, turning frequently.
