 Boned saddle lamb1
 Thyme12 1⁄2 Milliliter (2 1/2 Teaspoon)
 Oil15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
 Onion1 , peeled, chopped
 Carrot1 , peeled, chopped
 Celery stick1 , chopped
 Shallot1 , peeled, chopped
 Water3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter)
 Butter3 Ounce (75 Gram)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Preheat browning dish on power for 6 minutes.
2) Season lamb with thyme, salt, and pepper.
3) Pour oil and saute the lamb with vegetables.
4) Cover and cook for 3 minutes on power.
5) Remove the meat and let it stand for sometime.
6)Pour water in the browning dish and sprinkle thyme and heat for 2 minutes.
7) Strain the juice in a glass dish, add butter, and remaining thyme.
8) Heat for 30 seconds and then whisk.
9) Coat the meat with the sauce.

SERVING
10) Garnish with finely chopped carrots and serve with a dollop of butter.
