 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 2 tablesp. fat or salad oil
 Leftover lamb2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Medium1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 c. leftover lamb gravy
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Mixed herbs1/2 Teaspoon, powdered

 Chopped parsley

Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in fat in skillet until light brown.
Add remaining ingredients, except toast and parsley.
Simmer, covered, 20 min.
Serve on toast, sprinkled with parsley.
