Classic Lamb Hash Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 2 tablesp. fat or salad oil | ||
| Leftover lamb | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Medium | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 c. leftover lamb gravy | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Mixed herbs | 1/2 Teaspoon, powdered | |
| slice | 4 | |
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in fat in skillet until light brown.
Add remaining ingredients, except toast and parsley.
Simmer, covered, 20 min.
Serve on toast, sprinkled with parsley.
