Lamb Gin and Cider Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb boned & cubed leg of lamb | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 3 carrots, sliced diagonally | ||
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Ginger slice | 4 , chopped | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cider | 1/2 Bottle (1l) | |
| Apple cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Gin | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it.
2) Sear the lamb cubes by placing it in the pan.
3) Put the carrot slices at the bottom of the pan and brown evenly on both sides.
4) Add the onion, ginger, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir them in.
5) Cook the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
6) Add the cider, vinegar and the gin finally.
7) Mix all the ingredients well before allowing it to cook for 3 minutes more.
SERVING
8) Serve hot.
