Lamb Fricassee Recipe
Ingredients
8 oz (227 ml) canned cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cup (125 ml) milk or 15% cream
8 oz (227 ml) canned mushroom pieces
2 Cups (500 ml) cooked lamb, cubed
2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped parsley
Directions
– In a saucepan, thin down cream of mushroom soup with milk or cream.
– Add mushroom pieces and lamb cubes and heat mixture without boiling for 6 or 7 minutes.
– Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
