Yummy Lamb Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb shoulder of lamb, boned and cut in pieces | ||
| 4 onions, peeled and sliced | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| A large pinch of ground ginger | ||
| Lemon | 1 | |
| 2 chicken stock cubes | ||
| Blanched almonds | 1 Ounce (Garnish) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper.
Fry lamb, onions, curry powder, sugar and ginger in a large saucepan for 5 min.
Add grated rind and juice of lemon and stock cubes.
Cover with cold water, bring slowly to the boil, cover and simmer for 2 hours.
