Lamb Chops With Oregano Recipe
Ingredients
2 lamb chops (rib or loin) per serving
For each serving:
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt to taste
1 lemon, cut in half
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Pepper to taste
Directions
1. An hour before cooking, sprinkle lamb chops with oregano. Season with salt. Set aside.
2. Place lamb chops on a broiler rack and broil 7 minutes on each side.
3. Remove from broiler and squeeze lemon juice over the chops. Drizzle with salt. Season with pepper.
