Lamb Chops With Mushrooms Recipe

6 lamb chops
4 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 pound mushrooms, diced
3 tablespoons green onions, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon savory
1/3 cup water
2 cups bread cubes
Directions
1) Saute the mushrooms, onions, salt, and savory in the melted butter until the vegetables are soft. Remove from flame and add the water and bread cubes. Mix well.
2) Slice- each lamb chop to form a pocket, and place the mixture into the pocket; close with toothpicks.
3) Place the lamb chops on a rack iin a broiling pan and broil for 15 minutes, turning once.
