Lamb Chops With Cucumber Dill Sauce Recipe

| CUCUMBER DILL SAUCE | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Cucumber | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dill weed | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| 6 loin lamb chops, cut 1 1/2 inches thick | ||
Directions
CUCUMBER DILL SAUCE
In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cucumber, lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Blend well and set aside.
LAMB CHOPS
Arrange lamb chops on broiler pan grid and place in oven.
Convection Roast at 400°F until lightly browned. Turn chops over. Roast until desired doneness.
