 Cucumber dill sauce 
 Mayonnaise1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sour cream1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Peeled and finely chopped cucumbers1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Dill weed2 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Lamb chops 
 Lamb loin chops6 , cut 1 1/2 inches thick

Directions

CUCUMBER DILL SAUCE
In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cucumber, lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Blend well and set aside.
LAMB CHOPS
Arrange lamb chops on broiler pan grid and place in oven.
Convection Roast at 400°F until lightly browned. Turn chops over. Roast until desired doneness.
