Lamb Chops Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons catchup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
4 lamb shoulder blade or arm chops, each 3/4 inch thick
Directions
1. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix first 7 ingredients until sauce is smooth.
3. Place lamb chops on rack in broiling pan; broil 10 to 15 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning chops once and brushing often with sauce. Remove chops to warm platter.
