Lamb Chops San Fernando Recipe
Ingredients
| Shoulder lamb chops - 6, cut into 1" pieces | ||
| Orange Marmalade | ||
| Seedless oranges - 2 (medium) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a broiler pan, add the lamb chops and broil six inches away from the heat for six minutes on each side
2. Brush each side with orange marmalade, broil for another couple of minutes on each side until the meat is done
3. Cut the oranhes into 3" thick slices and add to a shallow dish; pour boiling water on top, let stand for ten minutes and drain
SERVING
4. On serving plates, arrange the chops and top with orange slice before serving
