Ingredients

 Onion1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Crushed pineapple1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Ground allspice1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground coriander1/8 Teaspoon
 8 lamb or veal chops, 1-inch thick (about 2 to 2 1/2 pounds)

Directions

In saucepan, combine soup, pineapple, brown sugar, cornstarch, allspice, and coriander.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Brush chops lightly with oil.
Place on grill 4 inches above glowing coals.
Cook for 10 minutes, brushing with sauce.
Turn; continue brushing with sauce.
Cook 10 minutes more or until desired doneness.
Heat remaining sauce.
