Lamb Chops Mongolian Style Recipe

 Hoisin sauce1 Tablespoon
 Dark soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Ground white pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Lamb chops1 Kilogram (Four 250 Gram Each)
 Peanut oil2 Tablespoon
 Onions2 Medium, sliced
 Vegetable stock60 Milliliter
 Fresh hot red chili1 , seeded and sliced
 Hot fresh green chili1 , seeded and sliced
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Brown sugar1 Teaspoon


In a bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
Coat chops with mixture and leave for 1 hour.
In a wok, heat oil until smoking, add onions and fry for 2 minutes until transparent.
Reduce heat, add chops and cook for about 5 minutes each side.
Add stock, cover and gently cook for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients, pour into a small saucepan and heat gently.
Transfer chops to a warmed serving plate and pour over sauce.
