Lamb Chops Italian Style Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
6 shoulder lamb chops, cut 1 inch thick
Salt to taste
Directions
Combine wine vinegar, chopped mint, and garlic.
Marinate chops in this mixture for 1 hour or longer, turning once.
Remove chops from marinade and broil or barbecue, basting once or twice with the remaining marinade.
For well done chops, allow about 8 minutes' broiling time for each side of the meat.
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
