Lamb Chops In Spicy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
4 shoulder lamb chops (about
1 1/2 pounds), trimmed
2 cup cubed ham
1 tablespoon shortening
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup water
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Generous dash mace, optional
Buttered noodles
Directions
In skillet, brown chops and ham in shortening; pour off fat.
Add remaining ingredients except noodles.
Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
Stir now and then.
