1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup cider vinegar

2 tsp rosemary

1 tsp lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

Mix together olive oil, vinegar, rosemary, lemon juice and garlic. Let the lamb marinade in this for a few hours in the fridge. Microwave on one side for 5 minutes. Flip over, then microwave at 50% power for 20 minutes on the other side.

If you'd rather cook them the "old fashioned way", get your oven broiler going. Put them on a roasting pan. Broil on one side for 6 minutes, then flip them and broil on the other side for 6 minutes.
