Ingredients

 Leftover lamb2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Onion1 Medium, grated
 Green pepper1/4 To taste, chopped
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Tomato juice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sauce1 Tablespoon
 Sliced mushrooms1/2 pound, sliced
 Rice1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked

Directions

Mix together and heat ingredients.
Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake for 1/2 hours at 350°.
Stir several times while casserole is baking.
