Classic Lamb Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Leftover lamb | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, grated | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 To taste, chopped | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato juice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1/2 pound, sliced | |
| Rice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked |
Directions
Mix together and heat ingredients.
Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake for 1/2 hours at 350°.
Stir several times while casserole is baking.
