Lamb Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lean ground lamb | 1 pound | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sodium | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1/4 reaspoon paprika | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Lettuce leaves | 4 | |
| Tomato slices | 4 | |
| 2 onion rolls, split and toasted | ||
Directions
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika in a small bowl; stir well.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Combine lamb and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
Shape lamb mixture into 4 (1/4-inch-thick) parties.
Place parties on rack of a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Broil 3 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
Drain parties on paper towels.
Place a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, and lamb party on each bun half.
Top each party with 1 tablespoon yogurt mixrute.
