Lamb Broccoli Casserole Recipe

|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sliced cooked lamb||1 Pound (4 Servings)|
|Frozen broccoli||10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Shredded processed american cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Slowly stir in milk and cook and stir until mixture boils and is thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add Cheddar cheese and seasonings.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Arrange layers of lamb, broccoli and tomato slices in 1 1/2 -quart shallow casserole.
Pour sauce over all.
Bake in a 350° F.oven 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with American cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
