Lamb Broccoli Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10-oz. package frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained | ||
| Swiss Cheese slice | 6 | |
| 8 thin slices cooked lamb | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tbsp. mustard with horseradish | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dash of Worcestershire sauce | ||
Directions
Arrange broccoli in bottom of 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Top with 2 slices cheese and 4 slices lamb.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
Melt butter in small saucepan; stir in flour quickly.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over lamb dish.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Garnish with parsley or paprika.
