Lamb Barbecue Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| Vinegar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup catchup | ||
| Worcestershire | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups cut-up cooked roast lamb | ||
| Hot buttered noodles | ||
Directions
In small saucepan in hot butter, saute onion until lightly browned.
Add vinegar, brown sugar, catchup, 1/2 cup water, Worcestershire; simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
Add lamb; simmer until heated.
Serve over noodles.
