Lamb And Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups diced cooked lamb | ||
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup cooked peas | ||
| 2 cups lamb gravy | ||
| Pimento | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
