 Mushrooms6 (For each spit take 3-4 pieces boned lamb)
 Salad oil6 Ounce (1 tomato quartered Marinade:)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon, squeezed (1 tomato quartered Marinade:)
 Yellow onion1 , chopped (1 tomato quartered Marinade:)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed (1 tomato quartered Marinade:)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (1 tomato quartered Marinade:)
 Thyme & rosemary1 Teaspoon (1 tomato quartered Marinade:)
 Black pepper1 Teaspoon (1 tomato quartered Marinade:)

Directions

1. Marinate the meat for 2-3 hours. Put the meat on the skewers alternately with mushrooms and tomato wedges. Grill for about 15 minutes. Brush with the marinade. Serve with boiled rice and roasted slivered almonds
