Lamb and Grilled Corn On The Cob Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 6 (For each spit take 3-4 pieces boned lamb) | |
| Salad oil | 6 Ounce (1 tomato quartered Marinade:) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon, squeezed (1 tomato quartered Marinade:) | |
| Yellow onion | 1 , chopped (1 tomato quartered Marinade:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (1 tomato quartered Marinade:) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (1 tomato quartered Marinade:) | |
| Thyme & rosemary | 1 Teaspoon (1 tomato quartered Marinade:) | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon (1 tomato quartered Marinade:) |
Directions
1. Marinate the meat for 2-3 hours. Put the meat on the skewers alternately with mushrooms and tomato wedges. Grill for about 15 minutes. Brush with the marinade. Serve with boiled rice and roasted slivered almonds
