Ingredients

 
3 pounds lamb shoulder, cubed
 
1/3 cup flour
 
Salt
 
Pepper
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
3/4 cup bouillon
 
3/4 cup celery, chopped
 
2 small onions, chopped
 
1 small green pepper, chopped
 
1 orange, peeled and sliced
 
1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
 
1/3 cup apricot brandy

Directions

1) Mix the flour, salt, and pepper together. Dip lamb into mixture. Place coated lamb into hot oil and brown. Add the bouillon and bring to a boil. Lower the flame and add the fruits and vegetables.
2) Cover and simmer covered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add the brandy and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
