Ingredients

 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/4 cups grated processed
 American diet cheese
 1/2 tsp. Worcester-shire sauce
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery seed1/2 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 lb. cooked sliced leg of lamb, trimmed of fat
 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
 Tomato1 Medium, sliced

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2.Take a saucepan, put flour with milk in and heat on low flame.
3.Keep mixing until the mixture gets thick.
4.Put 1 cup of grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, celery seed, mustard and pepper to it and stir until the cheese melts.
5.Take a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, make the layers of lamb, broccoli and slices of tomato in it.
6.Top the layer with sauce and bake the dish for 15 minutes.
7.Add leftover 1/4 cup cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.

SERVING
8.Serve warm.
