 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon

 Medium size onion - 1/2 , grated fine
 Vinegar or lemon juice - 4 tablespoons

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
2 Add in onion and vinegar or lemon juice.
3 Gradually blend in the oil.
4 Pour the dressing into jars and cover tightly.

SERVING
5 Shake well before using.

TIP
Can be stored in the refrigerator.
You can prepare this in a blender if you have one.
