Lahsun Dal Palak Recipe

This recipe for Lasooni Dal Palak was told to me by my mum and I jumped at the idea of making this yummy dal in my daily food. This is also a simple and easy recipe so one can cook it within 15 to 20 mins and also it is very delicious. Can be eaten with rice or chapati.

Ingredients

 
1 cup Tur Dal (Yellow Lentile)
 
1 cup Spinch leaves (wash it and chopped it)
 
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
 
1 Onion (finely chopped)
 
1/2 tea spoon Ginger Garlic paste
 
1/2 tea spoon Turmeric powder
 
2 table spoon of Lime Juice
 
2 table spoon Oil
 
1/2 tea spoon Jeera
 
pinch of Hing (asafoetida)
 
2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
 
Salt to taste

Directions

Take a pressure cooker and cook tur dal (Yellow Lentile) in it with salt, turmeric powder.
When it cooked 3/4 then add spinch leaves, tomatos into it
In a frying pan heat the oil and add ginger paste, garlic paste, jeera, chillies, hing and onion. Now cook all the things till onions are golden brown.
now pour it over the cooked dal.
Now add lime juice in it and mix it well.
Serve hot with Chapati or Rice.
