Ingredients

 
Ladysfingers - 1/2 kg, cut into roundels
 
Black pepper - 1 tsp
 
Ground spices - 2 tsps
 
Onions - 250 gms , sliced
 
Turmeric - 1 tsp
 
Amchoor - 2 tsps
 
Ghee - 1/2 cup
 
Salt - to taste

Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, heat the ghee.
2 Add in the onion and fry until light brown.
3 Remove from the pan using a slotted spoon.
4 In the remaining fat, add in the ladysfingers , and fry until light brown.
5 Mix in turmeric, salt, pepper, amchoor, fried onions and ground spices and stir for a few minutes.

SERVING
6 Serve hot with chapatis
