3/4 cup olive or salad oil
 
1/2 cup white-wine vinegar
 
3 tablespoons sugar
 
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
 
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
3/4 teaspoon oregano leaves
 
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper

Directions

1. Into small bowl or jar, measure all ingredients; mix with wire whisk or fork (or cover jar and shake) until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Stir or shake before using. Serve on lettuce wedges, mixed greens, chilled cooked vegetables, fresh spinach.
