Lacy Almond Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 1/2 pound | |
| Almonds | 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon |
Directions
Knead all ingredients into a firm ball shape into marble-sized balls.
Arrange far apart on buttered cookie sheet.
Flatten lightly with knife dipped in cold water.
Bake at 375° until golden brown; cool on the sheet and remove with spatula
