Easy Lacha Paratha Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
2 cups plain flour
 
2 tsp sugar
 
Salt to taste
 
2 tbsp oil
 
1 egg
 
Water

Directions

Crack egg in the middle of the flour. Then add oil, salt and sugar.
Mix it well and add water just enough to make a dough.
Let it rest for 30 minutes. Make small balls.
Roll the balls with rolling pin. Splash a mixture of ghee and oil.
Dust that side and roll it like a fan. Stretch it by patting on sides.
Roll it up like a snale. Keep it for few hours to form layers.
After few hours in refrigerator, dust the rolls with flour and roll them using rolling pin.
Meanwhile, heat a pan and put the paratha on it. Flip over after 10-15 seconds.
Oil one side and press it with spatula. Flip it again and oil the other side.
Keep flipping it. Once done crush it with hands to show the layers.
Serve it hot.
