Tasty Lace Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1/3 | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Quick cooking oats | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Grease and flour cookie sheet.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 3-inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
Spread thin with spatula.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until edges are brown.
Remove from oven; let stand 11 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet carefully with wide spatula.
Cookies will be thin and lacy.
Cool thoroughly.
