Labor Day 2010 Angus Fajitas & Sausage Recipe Video
Made some killer Angus Fajitas and V&V Sausages for Labor Day... Be sure to watch the end of the movie if you are a LSU Tiger fan.
Ingredients
| Rib eye steak | 2 Pound (Black Angus Beef Steak - 1-inch thick) | |
| Barbecue marinade | 1 Bottle (1 l) (Lea and Perrins marinade) | |
| Jerk seasoning | 1 Teaspoon (Adams Jamican Jerk, to taste) | |
| Sausages | 6 Medium | |
| Fajita size flour tortillas | 8 Medium | |
| Guacamole/Avocado | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Teaspoon (Habanero pepper sauce, to taste) |

GETTING READY
1. Season the beef with the Jerk.
2. Marinade it in Lea and Perrins for 6-8 hours.
3. Fire up a charcoal grill
MAKING
4. Grill the steak to tender perfection.
5. Arrange sausages as well on the grill.
6. Remove beef fajita from the grill and rest for 15 minutes.
FINALIZING
7. Slice the beef along the grain into thin slices and arrange down center or tortilla wraps.
8. Top with avocado or guacamole and habanero sauce.
9. Wrap neatly.
SERVING
10. Serve the tacos and sausages with chilled beer!
