 Rib eye steak2 Pound (Black Angus Beef Steak - 1-inch thick)
 Barbecue marinade1 Bottle (1 l) (Lea and Perrins marinade)
 Jerk seasoning1 Teaspoon (Adam’s Jamican Jerk, to taste)
 Sausages6 Medium
 Fajita size flour tortillas8 Medium
 Guacamole/Avocado2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Hot pepper sauce1 Teaspoon (Habanero pepper sauce, to taste)

GETTING READY
1. Season the beef with the Jerk.
2. Marinade it in Lea and Perrins for 6-8 hours.
3. Fire up a charcoal grill

MAKING
4. Grill the steak to tender perfection.
5. Arrange sausages as well on the grill.
6. Remove beef fajita from the grill and rest for 15 minutes.

FINALIZING
7. Slice the beef along the grain into thin slices and arrange down center or tortilla wraps.
8. Top with avocado or guacamole and habanero sauce.
9. Wrap neatly.

SERVING
10. Serve the tacos and sausages with chilled beer!
