5 c water
1/2 kg fresh labong (bamboo shoots), washed and cut into thin slices
60 g saluyot leaves washed and cut into small pieces
1 pouch Mama Sita's pang gisa saute mix bagoong isda to taste
Directions
Combine water and bamboo shoots and bring it boil until shoots are tender.
Add saluyot leaves and Mama Sita's pang gisa mix. Stir and season it with fish sauce.
Cover it and let it cook for sometime.
Transfer the dish in a serving bowl and enjoy.
