Ingredients

 
2 halibut steaks (seasoned with salt , pepper and a dash of garlic powder)
 
6-8 broccoli flowerets
 
1 carrot (shredded or cut into juliennes)
 
½ tsp garlic powder
 
½ tsp Dijon mustard paste
 
1 tsp dill(dried)
 
2-3 tbsp of finely chopped spring onion
 
1 tbsp wine (optional)
 
½ tsp ground black pepper
 
Salt to taste

Directions

Take a bowl and add in all the chopped vegetables. Add in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, dill and the wine. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes. Now take a dish and place a big enough sheet of aluminum foil on it. Place a halibut steak and scoop half the vegetable mixture on to it. Repeat the same with the other halibut steak. Cover lightly with the foil and bake in a pre heated oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
