Ingredients
1 cup chickpeas (cooked)
2 tsp of lemon juice
3 cloves garlic minced (you can reduce the garlic if you do not like the taste)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp parsley
Water (about a tbsp if required)
Salt to taste
½ green chilli , chopped (optional)
½ tsp paprika
Directions
Take the bowl of your blender and add in all the ingredients. Make a smooth paste (adding the water if required). Adjust the seasoning. Serve with freshly cut vegetables.
