Ingredients

 
2 chicken breasts
 
2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
 
½ tsp garlic powder
 
½ tsp Dijon mustard
 
1 tsp chilli flakes
 
Salt to taste
 
½ tsp ground cumin
 
½ tsp ground black pepper
 
1 onion sliced thin
 
1 green pepper, sliced thin
 
Juice of half a lime

Directions

Take a flat bottomed bowl and add in all the ingredients (except the chicken breasts). Mix well. Now add in the chicken breasts. Let marinate for about half hour. You could also put it into a freezer bag for future use. Place on grill and let grill for 10-12 minutes. Serve the chicken with the vegetables. You could serve it with your favorite garlic bread.
