La Bo (Spanish String Beans) Recipe

| Spanish onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Canned tomatoes | 28 Ounce (Solid Pack Ones) | |
| Canned frenchcut string beans | 32 Ounce | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Comino | 1 Pinch | |
| Oregano | 1 Pinch |

Directions
Fry till you have some bacon drippings.
Stir with wooden spoon.
Add spices; stir.
Turn fire up to medium high to fry onions and celery, about 2 minutes.
Add Frenchcut beans (drain liquid); stir in a few at a time.
You can use fresh Frenchcut string beans.
Chop up the tomatoes and add to mixture.
Cover.
Let simmer on low flame for onehalf hour.
If you use fresh beans, simmer until they are done.
