French Tomato Tart Recipe Video
This is Viviane's version of a tart recipe from Provence (South of France). It's simple, light and delicious and has the uncommon addition of Dijon Mustard spread directly onto the base. It's a childhood favourite.
Ingredients
Base:
250gr flour
1 small glass olive oil
1 small glass luke warm water
Toping:
2/3 big tomatoes
Dijon mustard (enough for a thin layer)
150gr Grated cheese
Dried basil
Salt & Pepper
