La Chiso Ch Ao Chi Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 3/4 pound boned raw chicken, diced | ||
| Cooking oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 dried mushrooms, soaked and diced | ||
| Green peppers | 2 Small, diced | |
| Red chili | 1 , diced | |
| Bamboo shoot | 1 , diced | |
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add chicken and stir to coat well.
Saute chicken in 1/4 cup oil for 2 minutes.
Remove chicken.
Add remaining oil to skillet.
Add vegetable paste and saute for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms, pepper, chili, and bamboo shoot and saute for 1 minute.
Add chicken and heat, stirring.
Serve at once.
