Kurkoos Recipe
Ingredients
| Mince meat | 500 Gram | |
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Breadcrumbs as required | ||
| Frying Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
| Onion | 1 (Chop:) | |
| Coriander leaves | 2 Tablespoon (Chop:) | |
| Mint leaves | 1 Tablespoon (Chop:) | |
| Green chillies | 2 (Chop:) | |
Directions
Mix mince with ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and cumin seeds.
Add one cup water and cook till mince is completely dry.
Grind.
Add all chopped ingredients and half an egg.
Shape into cutlets.
Dip cutlets in beaten eggs, press into breadcrumbs and fry.
