| Ginger ale | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), chilled | |
| Fresh kumquats | 1 Pint, rinsed and thinly sliced | |
| Ripe avocados | 2 , peeled and diced |

Directions
Mix in salt and ginger ale.
Chill until slightly thicker than thick, unbeaten egg white.
Mix in the kumquats and avocados.
Turn into a 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto a chilled serving plate.
