Kulfi Recipe
Ingredients
| Full cream milk | 1 Liter | |
| 4-6 tbsp sugar or according to taste | ||
| Rose water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground almonds | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Pistachio nuts | 6 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Heat milk gently and cook, stirring constantly till reduced by half.
Add sugar and continue simmering, stirring till dissolved.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove from fire, cool and add remaining ingredients.
Semi freeze in a freezer.
Spoon into kulfi moulds and freeze overnight.
To serve, dip moulds into hot water for a second, remove lid and push kulfi out onto quarter plates.
