Kul Jun Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pint shelled oysters, drained | ||
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten | |
| 3 tablespoons sesame-seed oil | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Rinse the oysters in water and drain well.
2) Season with salt and pepper and coat with flour.
3) In the meantime, beat eggs with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
4) Coat the oysters again with the beaten eggs and then cook on both sides in sesame-seed oil till browned.
SERVING
5) Serve hot with a mixture of soy sauce and vinegar.
