Directions

Stage 1-Preheat oven to 325 degrees farenhite.

Stage 2-Cook noodles until 3/4 done; drain and in same pot mix butter.

Stage 3-Add Cottage cheese; mix well sour cream, raisins, 2 eggs (beaten), pineapples, sugar or Sweet & Low; mix well.

Stage 4-Butter baking pan thoroughly.

Stage 5-Place kugel evenly and sprinkle cinnamon over top before entered into oven, and bake until golden brown.
