Kosambari Recipe
Ingredients
Green gram- 1/2 cup
Cucumber- 1 no.
Green chillies-2 nos.
Small Onion-1 no.
Chopped cilantro or Coriander
Curry leaves- 1 string
salt to taste
Directions
Soak green gram for 2 hrs, drain water and keep it aside.
Chop cucumber, onion,cilantro,curry leaves, green chilli finely.
Mix green gram and chopped stuff.
Add salt to taste.
