Ingredients
| Cucumbers - 7 pounds, medium-size | ||
| Dill seed | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Instant Minced Garlic - 3/4 teaspoon | ||
| Red pepper | 3 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Onion | 6 | |
| Vinegar | 1 Quart | |
| Water | 2 Quart | |
| Salt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Wash and clean cucumbers,
2) Put into 6 hot sterilized quart jars.
3) Add 2 teaspoons dill seed, 1/8 teaspoon instant minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper and 1 slice onion into each jar.
4) Use 1/4 teaspoon instant minced garlic in each jar if you want a strong garlic flavor.
5) In a saucepan mix the remaining ingredients and boil.
6) Pour the mixture boiling hot, over cucumbers, leaving 1/4 -inch headspace.
7) Seal immediately.
SERVING
8) Serve as desired.
