Korean Style Beef Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef ribs | 2 1/4 Pound | |
| Cold water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Mushrooms | 2 , minced | |
| 2 shallots, cut into 2 inch chunks | ||
| Sesame seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a covered casserole dish, place beef ribs.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover dish.
Cook 2 hours or until liquid has reduced by half and meat is tender.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Remove beef ribs from dish.
Drain well.
Pour cooking juices into a sauceboat.
Transfer beef ribs to a serving dish.
Cover with water.
